I got two of them, one for 4000 and the other for 800, my 5000 cashout has not come in yet.
I get sorry excuses by live chat saying they are sorry only nobody does anything no emails being sent to me saying they are looking into this.
I been through this about a year ago when i cashed out three times before and my 10k got held back for nearly a month and a half.
i don't think this casino is being fair and they should mention only two withdrawals are allowed otherwise you have to wait a month and a half to get your last one and also send bank documents(which i did).
This is a scam to the max as they are collecting interest on my cash out funds.

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. thank you i understand sounds ridiculous it's just i been through this with them its not the first time thats why i am complaining so quick last time it took a month and 10 days!!!
Also to add i just received an email from CItadel(videoslots payment processor) and they have advised me that the payment didnt go through and to contact videoslots for the return of my funds.
so i contact videoslots and now they are asking me to verify funds wealth declaration.
